2. Services Provided by VADU
Vadu is a platform that connects homeowners with contractors and service professionals.
Vadu does not:
Employ contractors
Guarantee contractor performance
Partake in payment arrangements between homeowners and contractors
Provide insurance, warranties, or guarantees of service quality
All agreements between homeowners and contractors are solely between those parties.

3. Contractor Requirements
Contractors using the platform represent and warrant that they:
Are legally authorized to perform the services they advertise
Maintain all required licenses, permits, insurance, and certifications
Provide accurate, truthful, and up-to-date information
Any false or misleading information may result in removal from the platform.

4. User Conduct
You agree not to:
Misuse or attempt unauthorized access to the Services
Upload false, harmful, or misleading content
Harass, threaten, or abuse others
Interfere with the operation of the platform
Impersonate another person or business
Violation of these rules may lead to suspension or termination.

5. Content and Intellectual Property

By doing so, you grant Vadu a non-exclusive, worldwide license to display and use your User Content to operate, market, and improve the Services.
You remain the owner of your content.
5.2 VADU Content
All trademarks, logos, designs, and platform features belong to Vadu.
You may not copy, distribute, reverse engineer, or misuse any part of the Services.

During early access, certain contractor features may be free.
We reserve the right to introduce or adjust pricing in the future.
If pricing changes, contractors will be notified before charges apply.
Homeowners currently use the platform at no cost.

The platform may link to third-party websites or integrate with third-party tools.
We are not responsible for:
Content on third-party sites
Services provided by third-party companies
Contractor or homeowner interactions outside Vadu
Use them at your own risk.

The Services are provided “as is” and “as available.”
We do not guarantee:
Contractor qualifications or quality of work
Accuracy of user-submitted information
That the platform will be uninterrupted or error-free
Use Vadu at your own risk.

9. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Vadu is not liable for:
Damages arising from contractor or homeowner interactions
Losses related to use of the Services
Errors, delays, outages, or data loss
Personal injury or property damage resulting from a contractor’s work
You agree to release Vadu from any claims or disputes between homeowners and contractors.

We may suspend or terminate access to the Services at any time, with or without cause, including violations of these Terms.
